This great piece of kit lets you top down grill with coals or wood fire. Perfect pork crackle, golden pizzas, broiled seafood and so much more have been answered by some good ol Kiwi Ingenuity.  Similar in concept to an Infiernillo grill, you fire is above the food. Set it over your regular grill and have top and bottom heat at the same time.
