The Small Asado attaches to the Grill / Asado Holder which can be positioned anywhere on the LiveFire Table or Fire Pit series. It can be used to cook a huge range of items using indirect heat, including couple of spatchcock chickens, porok ribs, beef ribs, butterflied lamb legs, pincanha, etc, etc.

The Asado is 505mm x 280mm and can alter in thickness from 40 to 85mm.
